New Zealand Visa
Non-NZ citizens require a visa to enter New Zealand, whether granted on arrival or applied for prior to travelling
Which visa should you apply for? The visa you require and your eligibility depend on your purpose for coming to New Zealand, the duration of your stay, and your current situation.
Different visas give different rights, and some are conditional to meeting certain conditions and criteria.

Do business or invest
Change of visa conditions or employer
There are also requirements to be healthy and have no character issues such as prior convictions or charges.
TEMPORARY OR RESIDENCE VISA?
Depending on your skills and experience, you may be eligible for a residence-class visa, or you may need a temporary visa (such as work or student visa) as a stepping stone to obtaining residency. The same applies for partnership-based visas (e.g. marriage, de facto relationship), where a minimum time together is required before you can be considered for a residency application based on your relationship.

NZ Citizenship Applications
Mideast Modern can help you with your New Zealand citizenship application.
A commitment to New Zealand.
Although gaining Permanent Residency in New Zealand is a settlement cornerstone for migrants, and a citizenship application is needed to get a New Zealand passport.
HOW CAN I GET NEW ZEALAND CITIZENSHIP?
To apply for citizenship, you must have been a resident for at least 5 years, and only travelled out of New Zealand for a short amount of time each year. You must therefore have been present in New Zealand with a Resident visa for a total of at least 1,350 days and for at least 240 days in each of those 5 years. You must also be able to understand and speak English and meet character requirements.
Citizenship applications are assessed by the Department of Internal Affairs, not Immigration New Zealand. These involve an application in the prescribed manner, followed by an official ceremony where the applicant takes an oath or affirmation of allegiance to New Zealand. Once you get your certificate of citizenship, usually during the ceremony itself, you may then apply for a New Zealand passport.
CAN I GET DUAL CITIZENSHIP?
While New Zealand allows dual/multiple citizenship, your country of origin may not. This would mean you might have to renounce your citizenship of birth in order to become a New Zealand citizen.
Overseas Qualifications (NZQA)
Points for Qualifications
If you wish to claim points for your qualification in your Expression of Interest, you need to prove that your qualification is comparable to a recognised New Zealand Qualification and that it is of the required standard.
A qualification is recognised if:
It is on the List of Qualifications Exempt from Assessment; or
It has been assessed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA); or
It has been assessed by a New Zealand registration authority at the same level as a qualification on the List of Qualifications Exempt from Assessment as part of an application for New Zealand occupational registration; or
It is a Washington Accord or Sydney Accord accredited undergraduate degree.
Principal applicants under the Skilled Migrant Category must submit their qualifications and provide evidence that the qualifications are on a sufficient level on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework.
Does my qualification need to be assessed by the NZQA?
Our Licensed Immigration Adviser will assess your qualification documents and let you know whether your qualifications need to be externally assessed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.
Only if this is necessary, we will prepare and lodge an application for an assessment of your qualification with NZQA.
